The cleaning of the water cup before spraying is not done well. Some factories just do some cleaning work symbolically, not completely. In our entire production process, ultrasonic cleaning is used in every link to ensure that the water cup will not be dirty before entering the next process, and will not bring metal chips to the next process. Since the cleaning is not clean and there is oil on the surface, the adhesion of the paint on the surface will be greatly reduced.
It needs to be baked after painting, which should adjust the baking temperature according to the characteristics of the paint, should not be too high or too low. If you have noticed the above problems, you can greatly reduce the phenomenon of natural paint falling off the water cup.
As for the special environment where the salt content is relatively high or the corrosive environment can not be regarded as a reasonable range.
