What is the difference between electrolysis, ceramic paint coating and enamel in thermos cups? Which is the best? (Two)

Today, the editor will continue to share with you, what is the difference between electrolysis, ceramic paint coating and enamel of thermos cups?

The ceramic paint process comes from the imitation of ceramic effect on the inner surface of the water cup. The idea of this process stems from the demand for coffee cups in the European and American markets. If the inner wall of the water cup is directly exposed to stainless steel and is in contact with the coffee, the coffee itself has food acidity and the change of the stainless steel will change the taste of the coffee. Because people use ceramic cups to drink coffee to maintain the original taste of coffee, they have the idea of imitating ceramic craftsmanship, and finally spraying ceramic paint inside solves the problem of drinking coffee from stainless steel cups.

The ceramic paint is food-grade and requires high temperature firing during the production process, so the firmness and hardness can be guaranteed. The early ceramic paint process is not up to standard. I have already explained it in detail in the previous article, so I won't repeat it here. The inner wall is polished, the inner wall is electrolyzed, and the inner wall is sprayed with ceramics. Try not to use it as an appliance for drinking carbonated drinks for a long time. Carbonated beverages are acidic and corrosive, and long-term use will corrode the inner wall surface of the cup, even if the ceramic paint process is done. The acid resistance of ceramic paint to carbonated beverages is better than the previous two processes, but it is still not absolutely acid resistance.

The enamel process also solidifies the material coating with the inner wall surface of the water cup through high temperature. Enamel craftsmanship is one of the enamel crafts. The enamel process is the most expensive to manufacture among the four processes, and it is also the strongest and most acid-resistant. The final effect of the enamel process is better than the above three, but it is precisely because of the difficulty of processing and production cost that not many cups can use this process, and not all customers will choose this high-cost process.

In contrast, these four processes are all safe, no one is good or bad; If the consumption capacity allows, if you want to use a stainless steel water cup for carbonated beverages, it is recommended to choose an enamel crafted water cup.
